1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credit, or using CitizenshipAI, you agree to these Terms, the Data Privacy Notice, and the AI Safety & Security Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must provide accurate account information and be authorized to use the payment method associated with your account.
2. Service description and important limitations
CitizenshipAI provides educational N-400 civics, reading, writing, voice, translation, scoring, Flash Card, planning, and report features. Automated feedback, translations, transcripts, AI responses, study recommendations, and scores may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are learning aids—not legal, immigration, medical, financial, or professional advice.
USCIS and other government agencies remain the official source for immigration requirements, test administration, and decisions. Use an appropriately qualified professional for individual legal or immigration advice.
3. Accounts, security, and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, password, verification codes, and activity under your account. You may not share access outside your purchased plan, interfere with the service, bypass limits or security, scrape or copy question banks at scale, upload malicious content, infringe rights, use the service unlawfully, or submit content that is abusive, deceptive, or harmful. We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access to protect users, providers, and the service.
4. Paid plans, credits, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans and real-time interview credits are described at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew on the stated billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. One-time credits are subject to the displayed purchase terms and may expire only where clearly disclosed. Taxes, refunds, plan changes, and cancellation are handled according to the checkout terms, applicable law, and the payment provider's processing rules.
You may cancel a recurring subscription from the Billing page; access normally continues through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing or plan features with advance notice where required by law. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may require you to accept Stripe's terms.
5. Ownership and feedback
CitizenshipAI, its software, design, question presentation, reports, and trademarks are owned by AI4OPS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service during your access period. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting us the limited permission needed to host, process, evaluate, secure, and improve the service.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate AI output, successful notification delivery, or any immigration outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4OPS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by government decisions, third-party systems, connectivity, or user-provided information.
7. Conditions and dispute resolution
Before starting a formal dispute, contact support@ai4ops.ai with the account email, a description of the issue, and the requested resolution. Both sides will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes are handled individually and not as a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer protection right. The governing law, venue, arbitration, chargeback, or other dispute procedure stated in a signed order form or checkout agreement controls when it applies. If none applies, the parties will first pursue the informal process above before seeking another lawful remedy.
8. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or end access for misuse, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes; the updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.
